Who knew that “Rain”, the night club at the Palm Hotel in Las Vegas in addition to serving up good times on the dance floor would also be in  the business of making honest to goodness love connec-tions.  Well, it just so happened that on one particular night in 2002, possibly  2003 the stars, the moon, the sun and the planets aligned just so and both Anna  and Adam found themselves at just that venue – and for them it was the right  place, and it was the right time.

It did not take ADAM long to notice ANNA across the room and he  remembers commenting to his friends, "look at that hot girl in the ruffle  skirt".  For her part it was ADAM’s  presence on the dance floor that drew ANNA’s attention. She actually even circled in a little closer.  His break out moves must have been something because they elicited a “Go, white boy… Go, white boy!”  Evidently, ADAM took that as an invitation to dance.  And, so they did just that… much like people in any club will do:  Dance a little… chat a little… and mingle…

Later on that evening as ANNA was walking around, checking out the club, she noticed that ADAM was not hiding the fact that he was checking her out.  He motioned to her to come over, and when she got to him he asked for her phone number.  At this point, the love connection was sealed… the rest, as the saying goes and as ANNA said herself, is history.
