So, you’re engaged to the one person you’ve only ever dreamed about, with whom you want… no, with whom you must spend your life. You two have settled on the date on which to celebrate the love which you imagine unique in the world and you’re right! You've obtained your Marriage License, and now with a phone call or an email to Mobile Reverend you and your loved will be one step closer to the Wedding Ceremony itself! Relax. Take a deep breath. With Mobile Reverend at your side you'll have your wedding and you'll have it your way.
After initial contact, ideally an in-person consultation will take place, however, in this day and age, phone or email works almost just as well. During this consul-tation a determination can be made as to whether you and Mobile Reverend are a “good fit” for each other. If not, you’ll wish each other well and go your separate ways. Most likely, however, you’ll find Mobile Reverend is a really nice guy and you will leave the meeting with the Wedding Ceremony with the date and time of your choosing reserved. You’re welcome to review the Ceremonies Offered & Fees Page to be better prepared.
And, because you’re sure to find Mobile Reverend is the Wedding Officiant for you, you’ll want to be prepared to reserve your date and time with a $100 non-refundable retainer. Having arrived at an agreement, a deposit made, going forward you’ll have Mobile Reverend at your fingertips – he’ll only be a phone call or email away – to answer any possible concerns you have or offer any advice within his area of expertise. Keep in mind he is neither a lawyer nor a doctor… we’ll leave the lawyerin’ and doctorin’ to the professionals!
On your special day Mobile Reverend will arrive a minimum of twenty (20) minutes before the scheduled time of your Wedding Ceremony. At that time the balance of fees is due; payment is to be made in cash. During your ceremony you both will most likely be in various and alternating states of generally heighten emotions including being anxious and nervous. Just remember to take deep breaths... Mobile Reverend will have tissues handy.
After your Ceremony and after the Marriage License is signed by all necessary parties, Mobile Reverend will ensure its timely delivery to the appropriate County Registrar’s Office. You both will have other things on your minds starting with the wedding reception and, perhaps, your honeymoon.
Other commitments generally preclude Mobile Reverend from attending a reception (who said he was invited anyway?!). Although not required, a gratuity is certainly most appreciated. Lastly, don’t forget to send Mobile Reverend a photo, or two, or three. He likes having mementos; he’s sentimental that way. Who knows, maybe you’ll make it into his blog, that is if Mobile Reverend ever gets around to starting one!
