Britain's oldest, but still very much young-at-heart,
newlyweds marry with a combined age of 188.

After 20 years of dating Ted Parsons (98), and Jean Reed (90), married with a simple ceremony at the Kingston Register Office, Surrey. Ted's son, Andrew (63), the youngest of his five children was his best man.
Commenting on his propasal, Ted had this to say, "If I'd gone down on one knee I would have needed help getting up!"
The title of world's oldest newlyweds is currently held by widow Lillian Hartley, 95, and retired military vet Allan Marks, 98, who married in California last March and boast a combined age of 193.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, "Same Love" ( featuring Mary Lambert )
Considering the events having taken place the last two days (SCOTUS heard oral arguments regarding Prop 8 and DOMA), how appropriate and timely to post this fine video. Both Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who are straight, express their thoughts on stereotypes, homophobia, hip-hop culture, religion and marriage equality.
Phoebe's Wedding Scene from "Friends"
This clip is taken from Season 10, Episode 12 of the long-running television hit show. A marriage ceremony on an undisclosed New York street with a heavy carpet of snow, Christmas lights for decorations and processional music provided by steel drums… it is quintessential Phoebe. As expected the laugh-inducing lines are all there, but it turns out to also be surprisingly moving.
Wedding Scene from "Father of the Bride"
The beauty here is that rather that draw the viewer's attention to the bride, the viewer is given the opportunity to share the father's heart-felt emotions by way of hearing his thoughts as he watches his baby girl, albeit all grown up, prepares to leave him for another man.
Wu Conghan (101) and his wife, Wu Songnshi (103)...

101-year old Wu Conghan and his 103-year old wife, Wu Songnshi, have been happily married since 1924. Originally from Nanchong, Sichuan, China, the couple has celebrated 88 years together; however, they have never had a wedding photograph as a memento until now!

Wedding Scene from "Fiddler on the Roof"
Set to a visually stunning candle-lit back drop of a traditional Jewish wedding during Tsarist Russia, "Sunrise, Sunset" (music by Jerry Bock, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick) beautifully captures in song the poignancy known only to a father and/or mother who have witnessed the marriage of a child grown into an adult all too quickly.
